We operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, to provide you with a curated watch shopping experience (the "Services"). NorthChrono is powered by Shopify. Purchases are subject to our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

We curate and sell watches sourced through our global supplier network. We strive to display products accurately; however, colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen. Product descriptions and pricing may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time. Product-Specific Terms: Some items may carry specific handling, shipping, or return terms. When applicable, those terms are shown on the product page and override these general Terms for that specific item.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or limit any order at our discretion. Order Cancellation: Due to our automated fulfillment with global suppliers, once an order enters "Processing" (typically within 12 hours), cancellation may no longer be possible. Please review your order and shipping details carefully before checkout.

SECTION 4 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery windows are estimates only. We ship via vetted global supplier partners as described in our Shipping Policy. We are not liable for carrier delays or customs processing. For orders containing multiple items, products may ship in separate packages with separate tracking numbers, at no extra cost to you.

NorthChrono is powered by Shopify. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and NorthChrono, including product liability or delivery. You hereby release Shopify from all claims arising from your transactions with NorthChrono.

ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. If you are located in the United States, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Castle County, Delaware.

If you are located outside the United States, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
