NorthChrono – Shipping Policy

Every NorthChrono timepiece is shipped through our vetted global supplier network. Because our watches are carefully sourced and dispatched directly from supplier warehouses, processing and transit times vary. This page explains our general shipping rules. If a product page shows specific shipping terms, those terms override the general rules below for that item.

1) Processing Times

  • Standard processing: 1–3 business days for order verification, quality checks, and handover to the carrier.
  • Pre-orders: Estimated ship dates are shown on the product page. If we cannot ship on time, we'll offer a new date or a full refund.

2) Transit Times (United States)

  • Standard delivery: typically 7–15 business days after processing, depending on the supplier and destination.
  • Free shipping: orders $150+ ship free (after discounts).
  • Orders under $150: a flat shipping rate is calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

Estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees.

3) Split Shipments

Because we may fulfill from more than one supplier, items in the same order can ship in separate packages with separate tracking numbers, at no extra cost to you.

4) Order Cutoff & Changes

  • Daily cutoff: orders placed after 3:00 PM Eastern Time begin processing the next business day.
  • Address changes: email support@coocosh.com immediately. Once an order enters fulfillment, changes are no longer possible.
  • Cancellations: only possible before an order enters fulfillment (typically within 12 hours of purchase).

5) Tracking

  • A tracking number is typically generated within 2–5 business days of your order.
  • Tracking links may take 24–48 hours to begin updating after leaving the warehouse.
  • You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships.

6) Delivery Issues

  • Lost in transit: if a carrier investigation confirms a package is lost, we'll replace or refund your order. Please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • Damaged or wrong item: contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
  • Incorrect address: packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require the customer to cover reshipment costs.
